We expertise in the programming and re-programming of software of the Gas Generator controlling  panels . We retrofit old software  and hardware which are obsolete and install new software and hard-wares  to run the generators more smoothly .

Old Software and hardware are very difficult to find and fix and may prove very costly as well .We always first try to repair the existing PLC but when that is not an option , we proceed towards retrofitting .

We have retrofitted DEUTZ MWM gas engines , GE Jenbacher Gas engines ,and Mitsubishi gas engines .

I discuss briefly the usage of PLC in particular Types.

1. DEUTZ MWM TBG620 series of TEM-1 types.

Uses TEM of KLASHKA and Non-Touch display.

These TEM are very sensitive to backup power battery and replacing of Back-up battery is very critical. If the power is decreased to EEPROM than the application program is lost. In this case the CPU of TEM system is not usable . We then Modify the TEM system by COMAP system.

The similar case is with the TEM- EVO control system and the EEPROM can be out of application program or the hardware may mal function. Resulting in the TEM EVO not   working. . In this case the CPU of TEM system is not usable . We then Modify the TEM system by COMAP system but there is a situation when the Ignition system needs to be controlled by the CPU and this needs special tools and our Engineers are trained in this ZS1 or ZS3 ignition system.
